Great back training program

 

This program consists of compound exercises and it is designed to help you get bigger back muscles.

Great back training program

1. Barbell deadllift                                           4 sets of 6-8 reps

2. Bent-over barbell row                                 3 sets of 8-10 reps

3. T-bar row                                                     3 sets of 8-10 reps

4. One-arm dumbbell row                                3 sets of 10-12 reps

5. Wide-grip pulldown behind the neck          3 sets untill failure
