Sit
down on a leg press machine and put your legs on the platform with a
shoulder width foot stance. Push the platform up until your legs are
fully extended but not locked at the knees and lower the safety bars.
Now, as you inhale, slowly lower the platform down. your lower legs and
your upper legs should make a 90 degree angle. Now, as you exhale, use
your quadriceps to bring the platform back up to the starting position.
