Stand
up straight and take the dumbbell in your right hand with your palm
facing your torso. Put your left hand on your waist and place your feet
at a shoulder width. Now, as you exhale, bend at your waist to your left
as far as possible and hold for a second. Now, as you inhale, return to
the starting position. Do the recommended number of reps and change
sides. Keep the rest of your body stationary at all times. Only bend at
the waist.
