Sit
on the leg extension machine and place your legs under the pad, the pad
should be just above your feet..and grab the side bars with your hands.
Now, as you breathe out, extend your legs to the maximum and hold for a
second. Now, as you breathe in, slowly return to the starting position.
You can also do this exercise one leg at a time.
