Grab the pull-up bar as
wide as you can with your palms facing forward. With your arms extended
and your lats stretched, bring your head and torso back, creating
a curvature on your lower back. Now, as you exhale, pull up your body
until your upper chest touch the bar and hold for a second while
squeezing your back muscles. Now, as you inhale, slowly return to the
starting position. This exercise engages mostly your lats but it also engages your middle back and your biceps.
