How to get bigger shoulders ?
This is a killer workout for your shoulders and it is only for the most advanced lifters. At the end of the training session you wont be able to lift your shaker to drink your protein shake.
Do not go heavy on this one
2. Seated barbell press behind neck 3 sets (10, 8. 6)
Go as heavy as you can and on the last set do a drop set
3. Barbell shoulder press 10 sets of 10 reps
4. Front plate raise 3 sets of 10 reps
5. side lateral raise 3 ascending sets
