Barbell seated calf raise |
Place
a bigger weight plate in front of the flat bench. Sit on the bench and
place the balls of your feet on the weight plate and put the barbell on
your upper thighs. Now, as you exhale, raise up your toes while
squeezing your calves and hold for a second. Now, as you inhale, slowly
return to the starting position while stretching your calves.
