Take the dumbbells with your palms facing you and hold them by your side at arms length. Slightly bend your arms in the elbows and lift the dumbbells to the sides until they are slightly above parallel to the floor. Exhale on this part of the repetition. Now, as you inhale, slowly return to the starting position. You can also do this exercise while sitting down.
