How to get bigger legs ?

 

This leg training program will help you get bigger, more massive legs.

How to get bigger legs ?

1.Barbell squat                                          3 sets of 10-12 reps

2. Leg press                                                3 sets of 10-12 reps

3. Leg extension                                         3 sets of 10-12 reps with a drop set on the last set

4. Lying leg curls                                        3 sets of 10-12 reps with a drop set on the last set

5. Smith machine calf raise                        3 sets of 10-12 reps with a drop set on the last set

On the drop sets you will decrease the weight for about 20% and you will do 10-12 reps then you will decrease the weight again for about 20% and you will do 10-12 more reps. So you will be doing 3 sets in one drop set. You will do the drop set only on the last (third) set and the first two sets will be regular sets with 10-12 reps.
