Dumbbell lunges
Stand up straight while holding a dumbbell in each hand. Now, as you inhale, step forward with you right leg about 2-3 feet.and lower your body down.Pay attention to your knee and do not let it go pass your toes  They should be in a straight line. Now, as you exhale, push up with your heel and return to the starting position and repeat the same with your left leg. You can also do this exercise with a barbell but if you are a beginner do it with the dumbbells cause it is much safer.
