Take
the handle of the low pulley with your right hand. Keep your legs bent
and lean forward, bending your waist, until your torso is almost
parallel to the floor. Your right arm should be hanging in front of you
with a slight bend at the elbow and your left arm should be on your left
thigh. Now, as you exhale, lift your arm to the side until it is
parallel with the floor. Now, as you inhale, return to the starting
position. Do the appointed number of reps for that exercise and then
repeat with your other arm.
