Lie
down with your feet flat on the floor and your legs bent at the knees.
Have someone to hold your legs so that they wont move during the
exercise. Put your arms behind your head and lock them together. Now, as
you exhale, lift up your upper body until it creates a V-shape with
your thighs, hold for a second and then slowly, as you breathe in,
return to the starting position. You can also do this exercise with a
weighted plate on your chest by crossing your arms and holding it with
both of your hands.
