Sit
on a military press bench and grab the bar with a wider than shoulder
width grip (your upper arm and your forearm should create an angle of 90
degrees in the middle of the movement). Now, with your arms fully
extended and the bar high above your head, slowly start lowering the
bar behind your head until your upper arms are slightly past parallel to
the floor. Inhale on this part of the repetition. Now, as you exhale,
lift the bar up returning to the starting position.
