Sit on a bench with a back support and grab the bar with a wider than shoulder width grip (your upper arm and your forearm should create an angle of 90 degrees in the middle of the movement). Now, with your arms fully extended  and the bar high above your head, slowly start lowering the bar in front of you until it comes to about shoulder level. Inhale while you do this part of the repetition. Now, as you exhale, return to the starting position.
