Stand up straight with your back erected and your legs at shoulder width apart from each other and t
ake the handle of the low pulley with your right hand Your right hand should be
in front of you and bent in the elbow. Now, as you exhale, lift your
hand to the side until it is slightly above shoulder level and hold it
for a second. Now, as you inhale, slowly return to the starting
position. Do the required number of repetitions and switch arms.
