Lying leg curls |
Lie
with your face down on the leg curl machine and put the pad of the
lever on the back of your legs, a few inches below your calves. Keep
your torso flat on the bench and your upper legs stationary at all times
and grab the side handles of the machine with your arms. Now, as you
exhale, curl up your legs as far as possible and hold for a second. Now,
as you inhale, slowly return to the starting position.
