Take
the handle that is attached to a low pulley with your right hand and
face away from the pulley. Keep your arm down at arms length and in
front of your thighs and with a slight bend on the elbow. Your palm
should be facing the pulley. Now, as you breathe out, lift your arm up
to the front until it is slightly above parallel to the floor. Now, as
you breathe in, slowly return to the starting position. Do the
recommended reps for that arm and switch arms and repeat the same with
the other arm.
