Standing bent-over dumbbell triceps extension |
Take
the dumbbells with your palms facing your torso. Slightly bend your
knees and bend at your waist bringing your torso forward until it is
almost parallel to the floor. Keep your upper arms close to your torso
and parallel to the floor and your forearms pointing down, creating a 90
degree angle between them and your upper arms. Now, as you breathe out,
lift the weight up until your arms are fully extended and parallel to
the floor. Now, as you breathe in, lower your forearms back to the
starting position. Keep your head up and your upper arms stationary at
all times. You can also do this exercise with one arm at a time.
