On
an inclined bench lie down in the opposite direction and with your
chest down. Take the dumbbells with your palms facing each other,
keeping your arms extended in front of you and your elbows slightly
bent. Now, as you exhale, move the dumbbells up and out to the side (in
an arc motion) until your arms are parallel to the floor. Now, as your
inhale, slowly return to the starting position.
