Kneel
under a high pulley that has a rope attachment and grab the rope and
lower it until your hands are next to your face. Lean slightly forward
to hyper-extend your lower back. That is the starting position. Now, as
you exhale, contract your abs and flex your waist. Your elbows should go
towards the middle of your thighs. Now, as you inhale, slowly return to
the starting position. Keep your hips stationary and constant tension
on your abs.
