Palms-up barbell wrist curl over a bench |
Kneel
down on your knees with your body facing the flat bench and grab the
barbell with your palms facing up. Your forearms should be on the flat
bench and your wrists should be hanging over the edge. Now, as you
inhale, lower the bar as far as possible. Now, as you exhale, curl the
bar up and hold for a second. You can also do this exercise with
dumbbells or on a low pulley cable machine. You can also do this
exercises with your palms facing down.
