Stand
up straight and, as you inhale, step forward with you right leg about
2-3 feet.and lower your body down. Pay attention to your knee and do not
let it go pass your toes They should be in a straight line. Now, as
you exhale, push up with your heel and return to the starting position
and repeat the same with your left leg. This exercise engages mostly your quadriceps but it also engages your glutes, hamstrings and calves.
