Triceps pushdown
Grab the bar that is attached to a high pulley with your
palms facing down and at shoulder width. Your torso should be straight
with a small lean forward. Your upper arms should be close to your body
and stationary at all time and your forearms facing towards the pulley.
That is the starting position. Now, as you breathe out, push the bar
down with your triceps until your arms are fully extended. Hold for a
second and feel your triceps burning :) .Now, as you breathe in, slowly
return to the starting position.
You
can choose to do this exercise with your palms facing up ( reverse grip
triceps pushdown ), or with a V-bar ( V-bar triceps pushdown ), or with
a rope with your palms facing each other ( cable rope triceps pushdown ).
