300 workout

 

This workout was used by the actors that starred in the movie 300 and it is a very challenging workout. You can try it, if you think you can rise up to the challenge.

pull ups                                                                               25 reps
barbell deadlift with 135 lbs                                              50 reps
push ups                                                                             50 reps
24-inch box jumps                                                              50 reps
floor wipers                                                                        50 reps
single-arm clean-and-press with 36 lbs kettlebell               50 reps
pull ups                                                                               25 reps

Do these exercises with no rest between them.
