If you follow this triceps training program you can get off the plateau and push your triceps into new growth.

triceps

Weighted dips                                                               3 sets (10, 8, 6)
Close grip bench press                                                 3 sets of 10 reps
EZ-bar skull crusher                                                     3 sets of 10 reps 
Dumbbell triceps extension                                          3 sets of 10 reps
Standing bent-over dumbbell triceps extension           3 sets of 10 reps

For total annihilation of your triceps you can super set the close grip bench press with the EZ-bar skull crusher.
