dumbbell skull crushersEZ-bar skull crushersLie down on a flat bench and lift the EZ bar, using a close grip, until your arms are fully extended. Keep your elbows in and your upper arms stationary and slowly, as you inhale, lower the EZ bar until it comes above your fore head. Now, as you exhale, return to the starting position. You can also do this exercise with dumbbells, with your palms facing each other and using the same motion as with the barbell.
