Dumbbell lying rear lateral raiseOn an inclined bench lie down in the opposite direction and with your chest down. Take the dumbbells with your palms facing your torso, keeping your arms extended and your elbows slightly bent. Now, as you exhale, raise your arms to the side until they are roughly parallel to the floor and your elbows are at shoulder height. Now, as you inhale, slowly return to the starting position.
