The triceps dip is similar to the chest dip. Starting position: hold your body with your arms nearly locked above the bars. Now, as you breathe in lower your body with your torso staying upright until your forearms and upper arms form a 90 degree angle. Now, as you breathe out, push with your triceps to get in the starting position. That is one repetition.
