This
exercise is very similar to the barbell shrug. Stand up straight and
take the dumbbells with your palms facing your torso. Keep your arms
extended and on the sides. Now, as you exhale, raise your shoulders up
and hold for a second. Now, as you inhale, slowly return to the starting
position.
