Optimum Nutrition BCAA

The BCAAs (Branched-Chain Amino Acids) are the most important amino acids for muscle growth. They are essential amino acids because the body can not make them on its own and they play a big role in the manufacturing, maintenance and repair of the muscle tissue. The Optimum Nutrition BCAA has a ratio of 2-1-1 (Leucine, iso-leucine, valine). Optimum Nutrition BCAA delivers 1 gram of BCAA per serving or 500 mg of Leucine, 250 mg of Iso-leucine and 250 mg of valine.

Take 2 Optimum Nutrition BCAA capsules 30 minutes before training and immediatelly after training. You can also take them between meals.
