Overhead cable curl
Position
the pulleys at a height that is a little higher than your shoulders and
select the same weight on each side. Stand in the middle and grab the
handles with your palms facing the ceiling. Keep your arms extended and
parallel to the floor. Now, as you breathe out, squeeze your biceps
until your biceps and forearms touch. Now, as you breathe in, slowly
return to the starting position.
