The
starting position is the same as in the standing biceps cable curl just
instead of a cable bar you will use a rope. Hold the rope with your
palms facing each other and pull the rope up until your forearms touch
your biceps keeping your upper arms stationary at all time and close to
your torso. Exhale as you do this part of te repetition. Now, as you
inhale, slowly lower the weight returning to the starting position.
