a run worry-free.
First, pick your shoes. You need good running shoes that will protect your feet from getting wet and cold.
You
will need gloves to keep your hands warm and hood for your head. Also
if you live pretty far from were you run it would be a good idea to take
with you a dry shirt. If you drink water, see that it is with an
adequate temperature, if it is cold don't drink too much of it just take
a few sips from time to time.
