Lie
on an incline bench holding your dumbbells with your palms facing
forward and your arms hanging down on the sides. Now, as you exhale,
contract your biceps and curl up the dumbbells at the same time. Hold
for a second at the top position while squeezing your biceps. Now, as
you inhale, slowly return to the starting position.
