Concentration curls |
Sit
down on a flat bench with your legs spread and your knees bent. Put
your feet on the floor. Take the dumbbell with your right arm and put
your upper arm on the top of your inner right thigh between your legs.
keep your arm extended and the dumbbell above the floor. That is the
starting position. Now, as you exhale, contract your biceps and curl the
dumbbell forward until it comes at shoulder level and hold for a
second. At the top of the movement your little finger should be higher
than your thumb. Now, as you inhale, bring down the dumbbell to the
starting position.
